There are many laws that actually govern who is responsible for this accident. A truck and car collision can actually result in a car’s fault also, as they can be driving recklessly, and under influence. A car can also scared and come in the way and pathway of the top so as to incur a head-on collision. In such cases a truck is not to blame.
But in most cases the drivers of the truck are heavily driving under influence and they drive the truck very fast so as not to delay the consignment that they are supposed to deliver to a certain region. In such cases the drivers of the truck can be arrested for rash driving, and they can be put to jail for a long time provided that they are the ones who are guilty of this accident, and they have adequate representation in court.
